Auction School: Western College of Auctioneering is an approved auction school in the State of Tennessee.

State Auction License Required: Yes

State License Required for Online-Only Auctions: Yes

Minimum Age: 18

School/Apprenticeship Required: Yes

Bonding/ Insurance Required: $50 to Recovery Fund.

Licensing Period: Two years from issue date.

Continuing Education Required: Six hours every two years.

Fees: Exam $150, License $175, Application $50.

Reciprocity: AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WV, WI
